If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within [7 days] of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged item.

  • The product still has its tags/labels attached.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or washed items

  • Customized or discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Products returned without original packaging


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged/wrong).

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds may be provided via store credit, bank transfer, or original payment method, depending on the case.


Exchange Process

  • If the requested item is available, we’ll ship the replacement after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the error was on our end.
